“This house is stunning and looks exactly as described. Peaceful, surrounded by magnificent natural bush land. The scenery, sparkly pool and family friendly atmosphere adds to the charm. Also its proximity to the beach is a perfect retreat for both relaxation and fun for the kids. The house was clean and spotless, beds comfortable. The pantry had everything we needed. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back and stay again.”

Much thought has gone into the space starting from the two coffee machines to start the day, the amazing games room designed to keep all ages entertained through to the wine aerator on hand for the bottles of red in the evening. The pool was fab and the option to add on the studio solves many configuration challenges. I’m sure this will be the first place we look for our next family getaway.”

“Can honestly say it is perhaps the nicest holiday rental I’ve ever stayed in. Quintessential of the Dunsborough/Margaret River region, it is sophisticated but relaxed with a great connection between the house and its vast bush block with the tranquil naturescape visible from every room. Without another house in sight, you feel a million miles from anywhere, though the incredible Eagle Bay Beach is only a few minutes drive away. If you’d rather stay in, the pool is its own little haven, absolutely loved by our kids. And if the weather isn’t up for swimming, the games room will have both kids and adults entertained for days. The owners really have thought of everything. Eagle Bay is the premier destination in the South West, and this is one of the best rental houses available in Eagle Bay.”

“We had a lovely short break for 4 people. The house is really nicely kitted out and the standard of furnishing is very high. We explored a couple of local wineries and had breakfast at Meelup Farmhouse. Eagle Rise is nice and secluded, surrounded by bush, and is a very relaxing place to stay. We would highly recommend.”
