“Can honestly say it is perhaps the nicest holiday rental I’ve ever stayed in. Quintessential of the Dunsborough/Margaret River region, it is sophisticated but relaxed with a great connection between the house and its vast bush block with the tranquil naturescape visible from every room. Without another house in sight, you feel a million miles from anywhere, though the incredible Eagle Bay Beach is only a few minutes drive away. If you’d rather stay in, the pool is its own little haven, absolutely loved by our kids. And if the weather isn’t up for swimming, the games room will have both kids and adults entertained for days. The owners really have thought of everything. Eagle Bay is the premier destination in the South West, and this is one of the best rental houses available in Eagle Bay.”

“Eagle Rise was tucked away in a beautiful bush setting in Eagle Bay. The house was huge with plenty of space for both adults and children. The incredible games room was a hit with the grandchildren, as was the huge grassed area, which was perfect for kicking a footy and throwing frisbees. We loved spotting kangaroos both in the morning and also at dusk. We’re looking forward to visiting again, this time during summer so we can enjoy the sparkling pool and outdoor deck/ bbq area.“

“We had a large group of girls and the house was perfectly laid out with rooms all away from each other. They have an amazing games room which we had lots of fun in. But best of all for me, was the location away from the rest of Eagle Bay. This house is the last house in a cul-de-sac so it felt very private and we were surrounded by bushland and couldn’t see any other houses. Will definitely be going back.“

“The photos don’t do this place justice. We felt like we were in a five-star hotel with beautiful, relaxing decor and everything you need to settle straight in. The separate levels of accommodation suited us very well. We loved having breakfast outside while taking in the sounds of the birds, and especially enjoyed our time in the pool. I cannot wait to stay at Eagle Rise again!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Eagle Rise and the property suited our extended family perfectly. Much thought has gone into the space starting from the two coffee machines to start the day, the amazing games room designed to keep all ages entertained through to the wine aerator on hand for the bottles of red in the evening. The pool was fab and the option to add on the studio solves many configuration challenges. I’m sure this will be the first place we look for our next family getaway.”

“The house comfortably fit 10 people and had all the modern luxuries you could want. It is perfect for families with children, as they have great activities in the garage and an excellent pool. It is secluded and backs on to bushland for you to discover. At dusk our kids loved watching the kangaroos on the back lawn. Highly recommend this house for your stay down south.“

“We had a lovely short break for 4 people. The house is really nicely kitted out and the standard of furnishing is very high. We explored a couple of local wineries and had breakfast at Meelup Farmhouse. Eagle Rise is nice and secluded, surrounded by bush, and is a very relaxing place to stay. We would highly recommend.”

“We stayed at Eagle Rise in Eagle Bay with friends in early December 2024, and it was absolutely fantastic. This property is ideal for two families with kids, offering plenty of room and a well-thought-out layout where everyone can have their own space when needed. The location is quiet and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing getaway – and it’s just a short distance to the stunning Eagle Bay beach. If you’re up for it, it’s a lovely walk, but the option to drive is great too, especially for the uphill trip back.

What really stood out to us was how incredibly well-stocked the house is. Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay is right there, which makes settling in so easy. The kids were absolutely spoiled for entertainment – they had endless fun in the pool, running around on the lawn, playing in the games room, and shooting hoops at the basketball hoop. There’s plenty of space for them to play safely while the adults relax.

The home itself is beautifully presented, clean, and spacious, with plenty of living areas for both families to relax together or enjoy a bit of downtime separately. The outdoor areas are just as great, perfect for a BBQ, dining outside, or simply enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings.

We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend time with friends and family. Eagle Rise ticks all the boxes for a fun, relaxing, and memorable holiday. We’ll definitely be back – highly recommend this ”

“The best luxury holiday home we’ve stayed in (and we have stayed in many over the years!!). This home is true to the photos, well maintained and has so many thoughtful touches that elevate it.

We arrived to a welcome of two bottles of wine and the most delicious cheese platter waiting for us in the fridge. The games area in the garage is full of activities, as well as board games in the indoor activity room. The pantry is so well stocked you immediately feel at home. This included two coffee machines (with a bag of coffee beans) and extra pods.

The separation of the bedrooms made it a perfect place to stay, with 3 families and kids. Small things like doors closing off the areas to the bedrooms, aircon in each bedroom and ceiling fans truly made us want to come back. The separate studio was absolutely perfect for the third family, having some quiet and privacy from the main house, but still feeling part of the group.

The pool was well maintained too.

We have already booked to return for the end of the year!
