Our property features a large, sparkling swimming pool, a rare luxury feature, alongside an epic Games Zone with table tennis, pool table, air hockey, foosball, and more. This sophisticated luxury accommodation combines contemporary industrial design with complete privacy, positioned just two minutes from Eagle Bay beach without a neighbour in sight.

Our family accommodation welcomes up to 10 guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms in two separate buildings. The main house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, whilst the private studio offers an additional bedroom with ensuite. This flexible configuration makes Eagle Rise ideal for extended families, multiple families travelling together, or groups of friends seeking luxury accommodation in Eagle Bay.

Absolutely! Eagle Rise is a purpose-designed family accommodation. Children love the Games Zone, swimming pool, and expansive grassed areas perfect for outdoor play. The property’s layout allows parents to supervise easily whilst maintaining adult spaces for relaxation. The separate Guest Wing can serve as a dedicated kids’ zone, whilst the studio provides additional privacy for grandparents or teenagers. Safety features, child-friendly amenities (high chair, cot), and proximity to calm swimming beaches make this ideal holiday accommodation for families.

Eagle Rise offers fully customisable sleeping arrangements:

  • Master Suite (upstairs): King bed with walk-in robe, ensuite, and air conditioning
  • Second Bedroom (upstairs): 2 king singles (convertible to 1 king)
  • Third Bedroom (downstairs): Queen bed
  • Fourth Bedroom (downstairs): 2 king singles (convertible to 1 king)
  • Studio (separate building): King bed (or 2 king singles) with ensuite and kitchenette

Additional sofabeds and a child’s cot are also available, ensuring comfortable family accommodation for all group configurations.

Surrounded by beautiful bushland where kangaroos come for a visit, and positioned next to the large outdoor alfresco area.

Whilst we maintain premium connectivity, if WiFi access is critical for work purposes, we recommend bringing a portable WiFi device as backup. For leisure stays at Eagle Rise, the provided WiFi is more than adequate for streaming, browsing, and staying connected.

Eagle Rise is designed as tranquil holiday accommodation for guests to relax and reconnect. The property is not suitable for events, parties, or large gatherings beyond the maximum occupancy of 10 guests. We maintain strict policies to preserve the peaceful environment and respect for the surrounding bushland. Bookings for Leavers Week are not accepted under any circumstances..
